Our systems handle a wide range of biomass feedstock — timber, grass, agricultural residues, palm kernel shell, empty fruit bunch, palm trunk and torrefied powder — as well as industrial waste RDF pelletizing of materials such as sludge and paper pulp.

Key Features of the Pellet Mill

• Single-motor, twin ring-die design with variable frequency drive and full automation, substantially reducing electricity consumption and manual operation.
• Gearbox, shaft and die plate are all water-cooled, allowing 24-hour continuous operation with no shutdown for maintenance.
• No scheduled grease injection required. Rollers need greasing only once a month and have a service life of 2,000–3,000 hours or more.
